予約後のキャンセル等に対するお客様負担の費用

※１営業日前までのキャンセル：→料金なし
※当日キャンセル：→5000円（1名毎）
※連絡なし無断キャンセル：→予約されたコース代金の100%

◆２名様以上のご予約の際は、必ず1名様ずつの予約サイトからご予約をお願いいたします。ペアルームをご希望の場合は、各店舗へお電話でお問い合わせください。また、お連れ様の氏名をメモ欄にご記入ください。

◆予約時間に遅れる場合は、お客様ご自身で2時間前までに予約した店舗へ電話にてご連絡をお願いします。

◆当日キャンセルはキャンセル料5,000円となり、ご登録のクレジットカードより精算させていただきます。

◆連絡なく無断キャンセルされた場合、予約したコース全額のキャンセル料金が発生しますので、ご注意ください。　遅刻の際は基本的に、コース時間が短縮になりますのでご注意ください。

◆日時の変更希望の際は必ず予約時間の2時間前までに【予約店舗へ直接お電話】ご連絡ください。 日時の変更は1回限りとさせていただきます

◆予約時間を過ぎて来店された場合、基本的には施術時間が短縮になります。また施術時間の短縮に伴う料金の減額はできかねますので、予めご了承ください。

◆時間の表記はすべて、24時間表記となります。例※深夜の12時は0:00となり、夕方の5時は17:00となります。

Customer Responsibility for Cancellation Fees After Reservation:

◆Cancellation before more than 1 business day in advance: No charge

◆Same-day cancellation: ¥5000 (per person)

◆No-show without prior notice: 100% of the reserved course fee

Please Note:

◆When making reservations for two or more people, each person must book through the reservation separately. For requests for a pair room, please contact the respective store directly by phone.Also, please a comment in the memo section that specifying who you will be coming with.

◆If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact the store you made the reservation with by phone at least 2 hours in advance.

◆Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of ¥5000, which will be settled using the credit card provided during the booking procedure.

◆In case of a no-show without prior notice, the cancellation fee equivalent to the full amount of the reserved course will be charged, so please be mindful of this policy. Please note that in case of late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened, and no reduction in fees will be made accordingly.

◆If you wish to change the date or time of your appointment, please contact the reservation store directly by phone at least 2 hours before the reserved time. Changes to the date or time will be permitted only once.

◆If you arrive after your reserved time, the treatment time will generally be shortened, and please note that there will be no reduction in fees due to the shortened treatment time.

All times are displayed in 24-hour format. For example, midnight is represented as 0:00, and 5:00 PM is represented as 17:00.
